Local Homeless Man Dies of Apparent Hypothermia
Robert Bunch becomes the 31st homeless person to die in Santa Barbara this yearLocal homeless man Dies of apparent hypothermia
was E-mailed this link by a friend and read the article of another homeless friend who thought i should know
I did read the article and am thankful it was written and hope that others might read it as I am sure they have It briefly described the circumstances of his death described how he had an elevated blood alcohol content and had had trouble with the law because of his plight with alcohol. Tomorrow my E-mail friend and his barley pop buddies will drink a few bears and toast bobby who didn't like to be called that, they reminess over the times they had and pour their beers out on the ground for him out of respect for his passing have a few laughs and like everyone else they too will go about their lives.and bobby will soon fade into the back of every one's minds.and he will not receive the honor of someone telling how he was a friend to the friendless would share his beer with you in the morning when you where hurting,or how he was a father a son and a brother.and I no longer have the strength to tell such a story Good bye Bobby you will be thought of and you will be missed you in your passing are freed from the tyranny of this life that bound you but now you are home
You will be missed
Sorry that he passed away, but glad that someone like you noted his qualities and his story.
ReplyDeleteRest in Peace, Bobby. May you find that the community of God welcomes you with open arms, something that those charged with a simple "love your neighbor" found too complicated.
ReplyDeleteThank you for helping us know Bobby, Joseph...
