You heard It Here I hope!

People ask Me, All The Time And I am Sure It Because I Have a Certain degree of outspokenness on the subject, And If I might Add Mostly In a condescending Tone. Ok Then Joseph what do you think the answer is to cure Homelessness?
And I answer this question over and over And am told repetition has value, by someone who’s Judgment I have come too value, so I will Go with that And trust It does Because again I say First and foremost It is going to take bringing accountability to the system we have In place and openly declare we will not accept anymore framed solutions which take into account only the views of the administrators of funds and not what will best Help those who are experiencing it. The Homeless Themselves must be part of the equation when deciding how best too better their lives which can only truly be done if they are a part of the decision process rather than being given illusion of option as the end result of what someone else perceives as their need. If your using Census data and numbers as to the general population saying we are allocating $68,000 per 1.5 million homeless people and are giving it in the form of Developmental block grants and other community development grants it is not homeless spending it is program administration funding and It is a deceptive and administratively profitable for everyone but those who it is being allocated for. The funds before the ink on the check has dried is already being misallocated in no-bid construction projects and over funded selective demographic geared programs rather than a individual client need basis.
Example lets take a community with 1000’s of homeless build a 115 unit housing project at the cost of  $300,000 per unit cost and then find the 115 most vulnerable and we are problem solvers we might even get a community helping hands award or be named metropolitan man/ woman of the year!  WTF  haven't we had enough of this crap. To see the same people do this year after Year and Pat each on the back, Makes Me both outspoken and Nauseated.  If we ever decide to make the homeless more proactive in the planning of their lives Remember You heard it here if not first but over and over.

  1. Psalm 127:1 Unless the Lord build the house , they labour in vain that build it.

Remove God from the equation and you are doomed to fail.
